JET-3000 is a Manufacturing Defect Analysis tester, which measures the impedance of all electronic components on a Assembled PCB. First it checks for any shorts or opens which can happen in the PCB assembly Process and then goes on to test various component like (R) resistors, (C) capacitors, (L) inductors, Diodes, Transistors, FET, SCR, Zener, LED, etc. For these components, the tester checks for its values are within the set tolerance and for capacitor, diodes and transistors and other components it checks for the orientation too. For IC’s it checks for the Pin integrity and proper solder ability. Overall the JET-3000 detect all the possible faults which can occur in the PCB Assembly / Manufacturing process giving a confidence in the next stage of Power-On Test of the PCB.

Features of JET 3000

JET 3000 Electrically Tests Components IN -Circuit. Tests Assembled Board for solder shorts and opens. JET 3000 checks for the Presence of Components. The orientation of the polarity based components will be checked. It checks for the value and Tolerance of the components. It can tests both Analogue and Digital devices on same platform and also have a boundary scan programming capability. The system is also powerful in locating the faulty component and producing the statistic reports of test data from testing results easily. The overwhelming functions do help the users to find the faults and improve the quality of testing efficiently.

One of main distinguishing feature of JET-3000 is its Reed relay based Scanner board. Reed relays have higher withstanding voltages and high reliability and durability. As they can stand up to 200 million-time testing.
